They are seeking a Business Development Manager to help expand their industrial water and wastewater portfolio across the U.S. This is a strategic, customer-facing position ideal for a driven, technically curious sales professional who enjoys influencing decisions, delivering value, and leading with integrity.


You’ll work closely with a leadership team known for developing high-performing professionals, offering you mentorship, visibility, and access to impactful projects that will accelerate your commercial and strategic skills.


What You’ll Do

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities for advanced capital equipment and service solutions in the industrial water and wastewater sector
  • Build and manage relationships with facility operators, engineering consultants, and procurement teams
  • Travel extensively to client sites to assess operations, uncover needs, and deliver tailored recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and service teams to shape winning proposals
  • Use CRM systems and data analytics to manage your pipeline, forecast results, and improve performance
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to help shape commercial strategy
  • Represent a purpose-driven brand known for delivering sustainable impact and technical excellence


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in industrial markets (F&B, Dairy, Meat, Protein), ideally in water/wastewater or process technology
  • Familiarity with treatment processes, separation technologies, and/or capital equipment sales
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and solution-selling skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and a data-informed approach to sales execution
  • Willingness to travel throughout the U.S.
