Are you an experienced controls engineer ready to lead automation strategy and standardize control panel design at scale? Our client is seeking a Senior Controls Engineer to drive innovation and efficiency across engineering, sales, and manufacturing teams.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical leadership and business impact—leveraging tools like EPLAN and EEC to streamline design, documentation, and compliance for scalable manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and optimize EPLAN/EEC systems for control panel design
• Align product components with market and manufacturing needs
• Lead cross-functional coordination with engineering, sales, and operations
• Support product launches and provide technical guidance to internal teams and customers
• Ensure compliance with UL508A, NEC, NFPA, and other applicable standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Controls, or Automation Engineering
• 10+ years in control panel design and industrial automation
• Proficiency with EPLAN/EEC, PLC/HMI programming, and system integration
• Experience in design for manufacturability and cost optimization
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Familiarity with IIoT and cybersecurity standards is a plus
