Regional Sales Manager – Stormwater Solutions (Northeast Region)

Salary Range: $120,000 – $145,000 base plus performance incentives

Territory: Northeast U.S. (NJ, NY, ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, CT)

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead regional business development efforts by engaging with engineering firms, distributors, and end users.
  • Develop annual territory strategies to grow sales and brand visibility across the Northeast.
  • Work with technical teams to deliver design support and ensure successful project execution.
  • Identify opportunities through proactive outreach, trade shows, and technical presentations.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry needs.
  • Manage forecasts, reports, and sales documentation to keep initiatives on target.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Five or more years of experience in construction, civil, or site-related product sales preferred.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Proven success achieving territory sales growth and profitability goals.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self-starter who thrives both independently and in a collaborative environment.
