Regional Manager – Midwest

Territory: Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas City, St. Louis, MO (must be based in any of these states)

Travel: 50%



This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the growth and success of an established industry leader in liquid storage 

design and construction. The Regional Manager will be responsible for developing new business, strengthening client relationships, and 

ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the assigned territory.

No prior sales experience is required. We are seeking candidates with 3+ years of experience, ideally in the municipal, consulting, or construction industries.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed regional sales goals by generating qualified leads and maintaining a strong presence in the industry.
• Build lasting client relationships with key decision makers, educate clients on product value, and provide exceptional service.
• Oversee project delivery by shaping strategic approaches, coordinating engineering resources, and promoting efficient design 

solutions.

• Ensure financial success by managing estimating resources, aligning budgets with profit expectations, and mitigating risks early.
• Manage the territory effectively through marketing efforts, sales systems, accurate forecasting, and strong preparation for client engagements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical) or related technical field such as Construction 

Management.

• Experience, ideally in municipal, consulting, or construction industries.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain preferred.
• Willingness to travel three or more days per week.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate to advanced).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills.
