The Opportunity

In this pivotal leadership position, you will own the business development lifecycle for a sophisticated portfolio of water treatment and reuse projects. You will act as the bridge between complex engineering concepts and real-world community needs. By identifying untapped markets and nurturing high-level national accounts, you will play a defining role in our mission to modernize water infrastructure.   • Strategic Growth: You will cultivate a robust pipeline of new opportunities, specifically targeting high-growth sectors like residential development, food and beverage, and municipal utilities.

  • Relationship Architecture: You will build and manage a network of manufacturer representatives and strategic partners to amplify our reach across the region.

Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or significant equivalent experience in the water treatment sector.
  • Five or more years of proven success in consultative sales within the water or wastewater industry.
  • A deep understanding of the Western United States market landscape and a ready-to-go network.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build immediate rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • A willingness to travel up to 60% to engage with clients and project sites directly.

  • Base Salary Range: $135,000 – $2000,000 per year.
