What You Will Do
- Provide technical field service including installation, commissioning, startup, and operator training for wastewater treatment systems.
- Troubleshoot and optimize systems such as anaerobic digesters, activated sludge processes, aerobic and anaerobic membrane systems, and sludge handling.
- Partner with clients and internal engineers to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and seamless project delivery.
- Support customers through remote and onsite troubleshooting, data analysis, and ongoing technical support.
- Contribute to project documentation, control descriptions, and operation manuals that ensure consistent quality and reliability.
What You Bring
- A relevant degree, wastewater operator license, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- At least two years of wastewater operations, commissioning, or troubleshooting experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, independence, and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with lab equipment such as microscopes and HACH testing systems.
- Willingness to travel up to 60 percent of the time, including occasional international assignments.
