Account Manager
Total Compensation: $100,000–$160,000+ (base salary plus performance-based commissions)

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction, timely solutions, and lasting partnerships
- Build trust through proactive communication, problem solving, and follow-through
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts through consultative engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations
- Develop account plans, forecast activity, and consistently track key performance results
- Negotiate renewals and contracts to optimize value for both customer and company
What You Bring
- A proven track record in account management or sales, ideally with complex service or technical products (water treatment sales is a big plus)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging decision-makers at all levels
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or similar) and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience in the Healthcare Field
- The ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining precision and follow-through
- A bachelor’s degree and approximately 40–50% travel availability
