Total Compensation: $100,000–$160,000+ (base salary plus performance-based commissions)

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction, timely solutions, and lasting partnerships
  • Build trust through proactive communication, problem solving, and follow-through
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts through consultative engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations
  • Develop account plans, forecast activity, and consistently track key performance results
  • Negotiate renewals and contracts to optimize value for both customer and company

What You Bring

  • A proven track record in account management or sales, ideally with complex service or technical products (water treatment sales is a big plus)
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging decision-makers at all levels
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or similar) and proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience in the Healthcare Field
  • The ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining precision and follow-through
  • A bachelor’s degree and approximately 40–50% travel availability
