Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (business or engineering background is highly valued).
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant business development experience within industrial sectors.
  • Direct experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with a strong preference for expertise in water midstream operations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, reflecting the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff, clients, and industry associations.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative, while also thriving within a team environment to achieve project outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and visual communication skills, including the ability to compile comprehensive reports and effectively convey messages through various mediums.


Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a highly competitive base salary and performance incentives designed to reward top talent. The estimated annual base salary for this position is an expansive range of $115,000 to $185,000, with potential for significant additional cash compensation through bonuses and profit sharing. Compensation is determined by a variety of factors including experience, education, and skills.
