Title: Executive Search Consultant

Location: Remote

Compensation: Competitive base salary with draw and commission (OTE $80-200K/yr)

About the Role

As an Executive Search Consultant at Hunter Crown, you will be responsible for two essential outcomes: recruiting top-tier talent for our clients and building meaningful business relationships with new and existing companies. Our work goes beyond filling open roles. We identify exceptional professionals who cannot be found through traditional recruiting methods, and we help individuals uncover career-defining opportunities they would not have discovered on their own. In this role, you will collaborate with senior executives, assess complex hiring needs, and deliver strategic talent solutions. You will also play a key part in growing our client base by introducing our services to organizations that value quality, precision, and long-term hiring success.

What You Will Do

Recruiting and Talent Engagement

  • Lead executive and professional-level searches from start to finish

  • Write, manage, and update job postings for active roles

  • Source candidates through databases, referrals, and networking

  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit based on client needs

  • Format and present resumes and summaries for client review

  • Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates and clients

Client Development and Business Growth

  • Identify opportunities to present top candidates to new client prospects

  • Expand existing client relationships through consistent outreach and consultative service

  • Participate in intake conversations to understand each client’s hiring goals and organizational culture

  • Negotiate and confirm terms of business with new and existing clients

Team Collaboration and Operational Strategy

  • Share candidate leads, sourcing strategies, and market intelligence with your teammates

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal recruiting processes and best practices

  • Use our CRM, ATS, and recruiting platforms to stay organized and maximize efficiency

  • Support and grow your professional presence on LinkedIn and other platforms to build credibility and expand your reach

  • Contribute to Hunter Crown’s content, branding, and messaging efforts across social media and digital channels

  • Help position Hunter Crown as a subject matter leader in the water and wastewater industry through thought leadership, candidate marketing, and client engagement content

  • Provide support on special projects and operational initiatives as needed

What You Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, human resources, or a related field

  • At least two to three years of experience in a professional setting, ideally in recruiting, staffing, or sales

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A strong sense of accountability and follow-through

  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new tools and approaches

  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
