Project Manager – Engineered Equipment Systems 

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina 

Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 per year (base salary, commensurate with experience) 

Employment Type: Full-time, on-site ($5k relocation assistance)

As a Project Manager, you will coordinate the delivery of multiple equipment projects from order through

What You’ll Do 

• Manage assigned projects from order entry through shipment, coordinating engineering, production, and 

customer communications. 

• Support schedule development and track progress to ensure key milestones are met. 

• Prepare and organize project documentation, including submittals, drawings, and approvals. 

• Communicate with clients, consulting engineers, and vendors to address technical questions and design 

requirements. 

• Maintain accurate project files and assist with change orders and purchasing needs. 

• Coordinate field service efforts and assist in resolving on-site issues when required. 

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen processes and product quality. 


What You Bring 

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). 

• 5+ years of combined experience in engineering, project coordination, or manufacturing environments. 

• Understanding of mechanical equipment design or fabrication processes. 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools; SolidWorks familiarity preferred. 

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 

• A proactive, hands-on approach and desire to learn from senior team members. 


Preferred Experience 

• Experience with water or wastewater systems, rotating equipment, or industrial machinery. 

• Familiarity with material handling systems or mechanical design principles. 

• Exposure to ERP systems and document control processes. 


Compensation and Benefits 

• Base salary range: $90,000 – $110,000 annually 

• Performance Bonus: up to 15% (this encompasses quarterly and annual bonuses)

• 401K - 5% matching. Fully vested after 2 yrs
