Position Overview
An established manufacturer of engineered flow control and rotating equipment is seeking an Aftermarket Regional Manager to lead business development efforts across the Northeastern United States. This position focuses on expanding service, repair, retrofit, replacement parts, and field support opportunities for industrial customers operating critical infrastructure and process facilities. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted technical advisor while developing long term customer relationships and identifying opportunities that improve equipment reliability and operational performance.
Compensation
The anticipated base salary for this opportunity ranges from $105,000 to $130,000, + Commission OTE $200k-250k, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health coverage, retirement savings, paid time off, and the tools necessary to support a successful field based career
Professional Responsibility and Scope
The Aftermarket Regional Manager is responsible for managing the complete sales process for service and aftermarket solutions throughout an assigned multi state territory. This includes identifying new opportunities, preparing competitive proposals, coordinating with internal service teams, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring timely follow through from initial inquiry to project completion. The role requires frequent customer visits, collaboration with engineering and operations teams, and active use of CRM tools to maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management. Candidates should be comfortable working independently while supporting broader regional and national sales initiatives.

Experience and Qualification Summary
Qualified candidates will possess experience selling industrial service, repair, maintenance, or aftermarket solutions related to rotating equipment or comparable engineered mechanical systems. A strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage customer relationships across diverse industrial markets are essential. Experience supporting customers in industries such as power generation, chemical processing, manufacturing, energy, or other industrial sectors is highly desirable. Candidates should be comfortable with extensive regional travel and proficient with standard business software and CRM platforms.
