Regional Sales Manager – Water and Wastewater Solutions

What You Will Do

Expand Market Reach: Build new business opportunities in both municipal and industrial markets throughout the eastern United States.

Strengthen Client Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with engineering firms, representatives, and end-users by understanding their needs and delivering tailored system solutions.

Promote Technical Solutions: Represent a portfolio of advanced treatment technologies, including filtration, ion exchange, reverse osmosis, and biological wastewater systems.

Drive Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales approaches that meet revenue targets and grow market presence.

Leverage Your Expertise: Provide technical insight that guides clients toward optimal solutions and positions you as a trusted resource.

Be Visible in the Industry: Attend conferences, trade shows, and events to strengthen professional connections and remain current on trends and opportunities.

Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with senior executives to align market development efforts with organizational goals.
What You Bring
- A minimum of five years promoting and selling water or wastewater treatment plants or systems, ideally within the eastern U.S.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing representative or distributor networks.
- A background in environmental or civil engineering (degree preferred but not required if compensated by experience).
- In-depth knowledge of water and wastewater processes, including advanced treatment technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to make complex information clear and persuasive.
- Proven ability to create and execute sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and successfully close opportunities.
- Flexibility to travel as needed across the region.

Compensation: Base salary of $120-$150k annually, with uncapped commission opportunities that bring on-target earnings into the $175-$225k range.
