Business Development Manager – Water Solutions (USA, Remote – East Coast preferred)

Drive the development of THE COMPANY’S environmental solutions in North America’s water and wastewater market, building a market presence from the ground up.

Our environmental activity develops and deploys equipment and IoT solutions to optimize and secure water and energy infrastructures. 


Why this role

As part of our expansion in North America, we are launching our BRAND water network solutions in the US market. This role is key to moving from pilot projects to commercial deployment by building a strong local ecosystem of partners and customers.

You will operate close to the market, with a high level of autonomy, to establish THE COMPANY as a recognized player in water and wastewater networks.


Your responsibilities

You build and develop THE COMPANY’s presence in the US water market:

  • Identify, recruit and develop a network of channel partners across the US, 
  • Engage directly with end customers to promote and demonstrate our solutions, 
  • Convert pilot projects into commercial agreements and purchase orders, 
  • Lead active business development: prospect, open doors, and initiate meetings, 
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and project opportunities
  • Represent THE COMPANY at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings, 
  • Manage administrative steps required to access projects (vendor registration, certifications). 


You act as a key interface between the US market and THE COMPANY teams in Europe.

Your environment

  • Reporting to the Head of International Business Development, 
  • Daily collaboration with : 
  • Pre-sales team (~4 people), 
  • Technical support team, 
  • Sales administration (dedicated US support), 
  • Strategic marketing team. 


You work remotely from the US (East Coast preferred), with frequent travel across the country.


Your profile


You combine strong business development capabilities with knowledge of the water industry:


Core requirements

  • Proven experience in the water or wastewater sector, 
  • Strong “hunter” mindset: ability to proactively generate opportunities, 
  • Experience building or managing partner networks, 
  • Ability to operate autonomously and structure your own activity, 
  • Technical understanding of solutions (e.g. measurement devices, data loggers, SCADA or similar environments).


Additional assets

  • Experience with connected devices / IoT / supervision systems, 
  • Spanish language skills. 



You are comfortable engaging with both partners and end customers and navigating a market where the brand is still emerging.
